Derek and Kristin Peterson are thrilled to be taking on this new adventure of business ownership. Fraughton Meat Processing has been a family owned business and will continue to be so under the Petersons. Derek and Kristin have been married for almost 22 years and have six children. The Petersons have relied on wild game meat to feed their family for most of their marriage. The main stipulation Kristin gives to Derek each time he goes out hunting is that he will try his hardest to bring something home to help feed the family. THANK YOU to all of our awesome customers for making this our biggest, baddest season to date!
Also shout out to our amazing staff, both returning and new employees-- you guys really rocked it this year!

We are still around and available for pick-ups this week through Thurs, Feb 5th, 10 am to 5 pm. Pickup times next week yet to be determined. We will be cutting our last few remaining orders tomorrow so watch for that phone call! As always, call us if you have any Qs, 307-789-3549.

We are back to our regular late season hours for the remainder of the season, OPEN through Feb. 1st.
Our full selection of specialty products as well as your standard quality cuts and burger are still available through the end of the year-- its not too late to stock up!
Skinning services available as well.
