I know it's been several hot minutes since posting, but......Hey my friends.......I've been asked by some, when I'm doing another baking day......I thought I'd do another one! I'll be doing the usual......white or wheat ( all grain or sandwich for the wheat) large or small. White or wheat rolls, (one order is a dozen) so, if you're interested....... Let me know! Please keep in mind that it will likely take a couple weeks. Donations accepted, but not required. If you've had it before, you know how good it is!

It's been a long time since I've got my baking on! So, I've decided it's time! I will be doing bread every other week. I will take orders (standing order if you want) for 1 or 2 loaves, 9 grain wheat, regular wheat, or white, large or small loaf. Let me know what you'd like and most orders, I can deliver. And......here's the best part friends......there is no fee! If you want to 'donate' something, that's fine but I'm not charging a fee! So, get your orders in I'll be starting this coming weekend, ready by the week of April 11th! 😀

It has been a red hot minute since I've posted, but since we're having a snowed-in day, we thought we'd make some biscuits and sausage gravy to freeze dry for our backpacking trips this year. This stuff is way better than the pre-made kind you buy. We did this 2 years ago and it was so good!

Who remembers this?!?! It's happening once again! I'm taking orders, but know ahead of time that it will be about 2 weeks to complete. Here's the rundown--

Wheat bread- $5
White bread- $5
Rolls (plain or seasoned) -$8/dozen
Chocolate chip cookie dough balls- $10/dozen
Asiago or plain bagels- $8/ 6
Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins- $8/6

**I am not able to make the more grain like wheat bread right now, just the wheat bread that is similar to store bought kind.

Let me know what you want and how many. I have Venmo if you want to pay that way.

Been awhile for the baking side, but we've been doing a little, ok a lot, of freeze drying lately. In this post, we did milk, scrambled eggs, yogurt bites, and steak! They all turned out great, especially the steak. Next up is chocolate milk, kiwi, breakfast bars and more yogurt. The grandkids love the yogurt- we can't keep it around long enough! Want to try something? Let us know!
