The Chicken Processing is not going to happen this year due to Brians severe health issues. We are so sorry, we had hoped to be up and running but he was diagnosed with Valley Fever and this may take months to recover.

Hope you all have a good upcoming summer and best of luck to the upcoming fairs.

We are now purchasing equipment and would like some response on how many people would like to return back to our processing for poultry and rabbits.

We will be starting in Spring, renovations are underway for the upcoming 2025 processing season.

We look forward to seeing you again.

As before we will customise your orders as you want them. They will return chilled and vacuum sealed ready to freeze or have them fresh.
