Calla and I would like to say thank you to everyone that came out to celebrate with us yesterday. Thanks for the gifts, flowers, calls and texts. We are so blessed by our customers. We want to give a big thank you to Amber, Anna, Livy, Peggy and Tabitha our employees, we couldn’t do it without you. Also thank you to Amber and Geremy who helped us pack it all up and move it out. And last of all thank you to our valued, faithful customers who sustained us all these years. We will miss you.

Tomorrow is our last day. It is retirement party day. Hope to see all of our customers,employees past and present, and family and friends tomorrow. Calla and I are going to miss everyone. We still have some cheese and lunch meat for sale if anyone needs any come on in.

It is with a heavy heart and mixed emotions that I make this post. February 28th will be Calla and my last day as C and C Country Store. We have sold the store and will be retiring. We would like to thank all of you our customers for giving us almost 20 years. I cannot begin to express what you all mean to us. You have been with us through many changes, from being a grocery store to becoming a deli, through Covid, inflation, the loss of our spouses and so much more. We hope that you will come in to eat with us the next couple of weeks or just come in to say hi or bye. We love you.
