Join us for Yoga in the Park! Blue Buddha Healing Arts is hosting a FREE all-levels yoga class at 3pm during The Strawberry Market. Connect with your body and breath through an outdoor practice designed to cultivate grounding, insight, and calm. Bring a yoga mat (or a large towel or blanket) and water.

Move with instructor Julia Bright, whose passion for yoga comes from the powerful mind-body connection she has experienced throughout her own journey. Julia loves creating classes that meet students where they are, tailoring each flow so everyone leaves feeling supported, refreshed, and empowered.

Blue Buddha Healing Arts is a holistic wellness studio in Exton offering therapeutic massage, ashiatsu, organic skincare, facials, and yoga classes designed to support whole-body wellness.

Join us for Classical Mat Pilates in the Park! Town Center Pilates is hosting a FREE 45-minute all-levels Pilates class at 5pm during The Strawberry Market. This energizing session focuses on core strength, alignment, flexibility, and mindful movement. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

Coming this summer to Eagleview Town Center, Town Center Pilates is an intentionally small studio focused on meaningful movement practice.
