📸: Not Your Average Benedict: Scrambled eggs atop homemade chili and potato latkes. We kept telling the customer that the eggs were better poached but he insisted scrambled. I mean, we did it and all, but get them poached. (Yes, we have strong opinions on this).

We all make decisions in life. The best one you can make is to stop by and indulge in some of our classic dishes.

(But seriously, poach the damn eggs).

POSITIONS

Server

We have openings for part-time or full-time servers. Experience is preferred but if you’re coachable, willing to learn, and have a passion for food, we’ll train you.

Responsibilities include: learning classic NY dishes, having strong communication skills, ability to multitask and be a team player. We prioritize giving customers an unforgettable experience—they’ve been coming here for over two decades, you know…

It’s simple: We pay for your training–you show up on time ready to learn.

Shift Leader

We're looking for a self-starting shift leader. Previous leadership and food experience is preferred but if you’re coachable and willing to learn, we’ll train you. Just show up on time.

This is a hands-on position for someone eager to break into management. Candidates need to have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities include: working with customers, prepping food, managing orders, and handling cash and daily receipts. You get no late nights and a solid team to help us deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Compensation is determined by experience and commitment.

Line Cook

We're looking for a line/prep cook. Kitchen experience is preferred but if you’re coachable and willing to learn, we’ll train you. Just show up on time.

Responsibilities include: prepping, cooking, and mastering classic NY dishes. Cleanliness and organization are key. Weekends are a must (it’s our busiest time). Shifts are either breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner.

Compensation is determined by experience and commitment. You get no late nights and a solid team to help us deliver top-tier service.

Dishwasher/Prep Cook

We're looking for a dishwasher and prep cook. Kitchen experience is preferred but if you’re coachable and willing to learn, we’ll train you. Just show up on time.

Responsibilities include dishwashing (duh), upkeeping the front-of-house, and helping prep classic NY dishes. You get no late nights and a solid team to help us deliver top-tier service.
