We have exciting news to share! As The Pantry enters its next chapter under PEHT’s ownership, we wanted to introduce ourselves and share how excited we are for the future. (Swipe to read our newsletter!)

For Katie Rolleri, The Pantry has always been family. As Andy Rolleri’s niece, she grew up around the business and understands firsthand what it has meant to Fairfield for more than 23 years. Katie now serves as CFO + COO of PEHT and The Pantry and will play an active role in guiding operations and future growth.

Kirsten Guldbrandsen will continue with The Pantry as Director of Culinary Operations, bringing with her the dedication, relationships, and care that have helped make The Pantry such a beloved part of the community.

As we move forward, our priority is simple:
The Pantry you know and love is here to stay — from the recipes and traditions to the quality, team, and welcoming atmosphere that have made it such a special part of Fairfield for generations! Our focus is on honoring that legacy while continuing to thoughtfully invest in its future.

We are honored to continue serving this community and deeply grateful for the support and encouragement we’ve already received. We look forward to welcoming you in, getting to know you, and sharing this next chapter together.
