Good evening Fargo/Moorhead Family, I apologize for the late post. Tomorrow we'll be at West Acres Farmers Market from 9-3 and downtown at the Red River Market from 10-2. Tomorrow butternut and acorn squash will be joining the tables at both markets along with ranch-dilllspears. Also joining me downtown for the first time in a year and a half will be Ryan, he's the 2nd oldest and has been a big help over the years and I'm looking forward to getting to do a market with him again! Stop by and say hi to Ryan and the girls and grab some fresh homegrown produce or canned goods for the upcoming week and lets see if we can empty the tables and have our first ever sell-out! Also Jinny and Madison will be bringing one heck of a selection of pumpkins to the West Acres market. Thank you in advance for your continued support!

Good early morning Fargo/Moorhead Family, Jinny and I just shut the canners down for the evening! Ranch Dill pickles will be back in stock this weekend at both markets and another round of salsa is in the books just in time for Sunday football. Today we'll be at West Acres from 9-3 with the usual fresh veggies and canned goods along with some beautiful pumpkins! Jinny and the girls did an awesome job selecting seed so you have a wide variety to choose from. Stop by and check us out and we appreciate your support!

Good afternoon Fargo/Moorhead Family, have you ever thought about or wanted to plant garlic? Well it's super easy and very rewarding and doesn't require alot of space. Now's the time to start thinking about getting your seedstock and we've got plenty! We have Armenian, German White, Music and Rosewood. We'll be bringing it to the West Acres and Red River Markets on Saturdays and to the Moorhead Farmers Market on Tuesdays. Stop by and get yours for only $15 a bag which is around a pound! Some of the cheapest you can find for high quality bulbs that are huge!

Good evening Fargo/Moorhead Family, tomorrow we'll be at West Acres from 9-3 we'll have the full line of fresh and canned goods. Saturday we'll be at West Acres from 9-3 and Red River Market from 10-2. At both markets Saturday salsa will be returning and for right now we'll be having it just in quarts. Also joining the salsa will be spicy and regular brussel sprouts. We truly appreciate all of your patience with us getting canned goods restocked and we are humbled by your support of our little family business!

Good evening Fargo/Moorhead Family, what a Sunday we had! Today we set a personal record for us stuffing and processing 480 quarts of pickles! 420 quarts of baby dills and 60 quarts of bread and butter pickles. A special thank you to Ryan for coming home and helping again today and thank you to Madison, Hopey and Jinny! Without everyone working together this isn't possible. The last 5 Sunday's we've put up 1872 quarts of baby dill pickles! The last 5 weeks we've put up 2321quarts of pickles total! That doesn't happen without sacrifice and long hours but I'm so proud of this whole family pulling together and making it happen!

Good evening Fargo/Moorhead Family, tomorrow we will be at West Acres from 9-3 and downtown at the Red River Market from 10-2. We are adding another shelf at each location to accommodate a growing variety for you to choose from! We will have the following at both locations, watermelon, cantaloupe, grab bags of garlic, garlic pickers, seed stock garlic, single onions, onion bags, baby potatoes, boiler potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, regular tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, green beans, shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, beets, jalapeno pepper buckets, spring mix lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, zucchini, sweetcorn and our line-up of canned goods. Stop by either market and get some fresh veggies to share at the dinner table with your family!

Good evening Fargo/Moorhead Family, well once again we found ourselves shutting down at midnight again! Why so late you ask? Well our little crew has had the hammer down since Sunday and we're proud to announce that the Baseball Sauerkraut is back! Since Sunday we've done 276 quarts of baby dill pickles, 137 quarts of bread and butter pickles, 100 quarts of baseball sauerkraut, 109 quarts of regular sauerkraut, and 112 quarts of garlic dill sauerkraut! That's 734 quarts of goodness that you can get at The Market at West Acres or the Red River Market. You want to know how good the Baseball Sauerkraut is? We had people drive from Bismarck to get some and we were out so I promised more by mid August. Also a huge thank you to Ryan Thielen for helping this weekend and picking corn with the girls tonight for West Acres tomorrow. So come over and get some fresh veggies or canned goods tomorrow at West Acres from 9-3 Madison and Hopey would love to see you and help you out!

Good evening Fargo/Moorhead Family, what an awesome Sunday we've had! 276 quarts of baby dill pickles in the jar and roughly enough sliced for another 130-140 quarts of bread and butter pickles that are on ice water until tomorrow. A special thank you to Ryan for coming home and help kick-ass today! He's the fastest pickle packer I've ever seen! We even finished early enough to have an amazing supper, New York strips, baby potatoes, creamed cucumbers, and jalapeno poppers. Let me tell you nothing is better than scraping that creamed cucumber juice over fresh baby potatoes! Have a great evening everyone and see you Tuesday at West Acres! Here's a picture of a real phenomenal canning team!
