We got all the trees planted yesterday. We're cleaning up some of the shelter belt area today. Garden needs a week or so to dry, then we should be able to get planting!

This year Almost Organic is starting with a more hands on community involved approach to the garden. We're starting with 20 spots and will add more depending on what the garden can handle. One spot costs $100 and requires but is not limited to 2-4 hours of gardening tasks/outdoor project work once a week. After the work is done each person will get to go through the garden and take whatever they want for their family for the week. If your children are well behaved, they are welcome as well. We will have tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, beans, peas, potatoes, carrots, beats, radishes, fennel, squashes, zucchini, okra, lettuces, corn, broccoli, egg plant, ground cherries, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, assorted herbs, and anything else that comes to mind that'll grow up here. This is not private garden plots. This is a group effort at large garden areas that I'll be planning and putting together for the chosen few. Limited pick up produce boxes will be available 2x a week for $40.00 and limited delivery boxes will also available 2x a week for $50.00. Message with any questions or to sign up with us. Thank you!
