New for tomorrow - Karithopita. This is Greek walnut cake with lots of walnuts and warm spices that is then soaked with a lemon and spiced syrup. I'll have it at Faribault Farmers' Market tomorrow in Central Park from 7 am to noon.

I've been busy canning and have restocked every variety of salsa I carry. Faribault Farmers' Market opens this Saturday, June 6th from 7:00 a.m. to noon. I'll have Mild, Medium, Hot, and X- Hot salsa. I will also have Salsa Verde, Pineapple Mango, and Corn Salsa. I hope to see you on Saturday morning in the park!
