1 PM - Children: $50 Savings Bond for the cutest rain slicker/boots outfit.

We will have a tent for shelter near the covered stage for people and there are plenty of downtown businesses to duck into. So, come play in the rain with us!

RAIN or SHINE, we'll have a great time! A large tent will be brought in for shelter in case of rain, and the bands will be on a covered stage - so the show will go on. Feel free to bring an umbrella, rain slicker, and a lawn chair to be the envy of all other festival goers.
