Happy fall! Ophelia reminded our mushroom logs that it's time to start producing again. The heavy rains over-soaked these guys, and I would never sell them in this condition. (I'll still eat 'em, of course!) Still, it's nice to see the logs producing again now that the heat of summer is diminishing.
