Dear Vendors, Shoppers, and Little Gay Community:

After thoughtful discussion, we have decided to cancel Big Holigay Market this year. We’ve encountered several unforeseen logistical challenges and feel we cannot put on the event to our normal high standards with the little time we have remaining. 

You, lovely vendors, are soooo so appreciated. We do not feel right putting on our first real market back without it being entirely up to our usual standards.

We are terribly sorry for the disappointing news and KNOW our next Big Gay event will be the bash you deserve. 2026 is looking so goddamn gay, you guys.

We know the community looks forward to these safe & inclusive events and we don’t make this decision lightly— you all deserve an event that SLAYS, and we take that seriously. We’re wishing you all the loveliest & safest holiday season with your loved ones, born or chosen family, or just your fur babies.

After MUCH rest, recharging, and re-connecting with our day jobs post-Big Gay Halloween, we’re finally back to say a Big, Gay-Ass THANK YOU!!!

BGH was the event we’ve envisioned creating through this Big Gay community for literal *years* and the experience surpassed our expectations. Firstly, thanks to the team at for helping us put together an inclusive and SAFE experience with plenty of room for our community to spread out and shake ass.

🎃 Parking at Ozark Music Hall is limited. Plan to carpool or rideshare and PLEASE respect "no parking signs"

Howdy folks! Amanda and Grayce here. We want to tell you why we're doing this Big Gay Halloween thing...

Big Gay has always been a political organization at heart. We care deeply about our community and do our best to help facilitate a space where q***r people are allowed to just be, well... q***r.

It's a scary time to be a q***r person in America right now. The weight of all the fu**ed up s**t going on in the world is heavy and we're all feeling it.

One thing we believe with our whole dadgum hearts is that having FUN - celebrating joy and celebrating q***r culture - is vital to our ability to keep moving forward. We all need our friends, we need our community. Our goal with Big Gay Halloween is to provide a safe space for q***r people and allies to let loose.

This event isn’t intended as a distraction—rather, a reminder of how important it is for our community to be alive.

We hope that everyone who attends will leave with a new friend and a stronger sense of community, because community is how we will continue to survive.
