It is my deepest wish for Trader Joe's to come to the Fayetteville area by 2015. Trader Joe's is a small grocery store with great products, fair prices, and dedication to the community to which it serves. TJ's (as it's affectionately known by devoted shoppers) started in the 1960's in California. The store has grown and the chain was purchased (or merged?) with the German-owned ALDI company. Our a

rea already has an ALDI store in Fayetteville, as well as a Trader Joe's in Cary, NC. As you know we have limited healthy grocery options here in Fayetteville. We have 1 Harris Teeter in Fayetteville, and 1 Fresh Market in Southern Pines, as well as a plethora of Food Lions. I am optimistic if we get enough people to 'like' this page we will catch the attention of the Trader Joe's corporate offices and that they will officially evaluate opening a Fayetteville store.
