We're hiring for two positions!

The Northwest Arkansas Local Food Network is seeking candidates for a Program Manager and a Communications and Outreach Manager to join our team and help lead exciting programs that strengthen our local food system.

Our Program Manager will oversee our Double Your Dollars nutrition incentive program at farmers markets, support production of our annual Local Food Guide, and help plan an annual food systems conference.

Our Communications and Outreach Manager will manage our social media presence, create compelling content that connects our region to our farmers and local food initiatives, plan educational outreach events throughout the region, and help launch our educational campaign.

We're looking for motivated, professional individuals who are excited about our local food system and thrive working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong organizational and communication skills who are ready to build meaningful relationships with farmers, market managers, food access organizations, and other stakeholders across Northwest Arkansas's food and agriculture community.

Both positions are full-time, based in Northwest Arkansas with flexible remote work, a generous flexible time-off policy, and an April 2026 start date (though we can be flexible for the right candidate). Applications are due March 6th and reviewed on a rolling basis. If you know someone in your network that would be a great fit for either role, please send them our way!
