Fun new wines just came in, and wanted to talk about one in particular! Txakoli (cha-ko-li) is a super crispy white from the Basque region of Spain. Dry, bright, and just ever so slightly sparkling its a perfect summertime wine to drink with friends. Ive been hunting this down for a long time and its here!
