Hello all, I’m starting a 3-day water fast tomorrow, along with a social media fast. Fasting is something I’ve practiced and loved for years because of the clarity and reset it brings to the body, mind, and soul. As a nutritionist and herbalist, I’m very intentional about preparation—leading up to a water fast, I gently prepare my body with fresh juices, mineral-rich hydration, and supportive herbal teas to ease digestion, support detox pathways, and calm the nervous system.
