We are busy as ever preparing for your upcoming Holiday weekend! Be sure to see us for Chairman's Reserve steaks, homemade brats, marinated chicken breast, and the best ever chuck patties. I would be remiss if I forgot the freshly-baked pies and homemade potato salad.

Fresh, hot, and only at Brinkman’s over Memorial Day Weekend!

The Elephant Ear Stand is rolling in May 20 – May 25 from 11 AM – 7 PM, serving giant elephant ears made fresh to order and refreshing fresh-squeezed lemonade!

The first cookout of the season is scheduled for June 5th. We will then be on track for every other Friday until Aug. 14th. Kinda makes me hungry just thinking about it!
