💚 This week, we had the pleasure of visiting Findlay Hope House and spending an hour with some pretty amazing staff members who are making a difference in the lives of others!

We had so much fun sharing the health and wellness benefits of olive oil and balsamic vinegars, tasting some delicious flavors, and even enjoying a little ice cream for dessert! 🍦🤤 We topped it with our Cinnamon Pear Balsamic, and I know it might sound a little weird, but OH MY GOODNESS, it is SOOOOO good! You have to try it!

A huge THANK YOU to Hope House for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to spend time with you. We truly enjoyed every minute! 💚

💚 I LOVE being part of this Findlay community!!!!!

This week, Twist the Olive had the pleasure of hosting a lovely group from Taylor Place , and we had such a fabulous time! 🫒 We enjoyed talking, learning, tasting, and sharing all the delicious things Twist the Olive has to offer.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is teaching people about olive oils and balsamic vinegars, how to use them, and the ways they can be part of a healthy lifestyle. There is so much to learn, and I love getting to share that with others!

Thank you to everyone from Taylor Place for spending part of your week with me! It means so much to be able to connect with people right here in our community. ❤️

🌶️ Love a good ole comfort pasta meal? This one is for you! 🍝

Our Spicy Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil is the star of this easy, flavorful pasta recipe! 🫒 Ready in about 25 minutes, it's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

🌶️ Spicy Calabrian Pesto Pasta

Delicious and lots of flavor, and ready in about 25 minutes!

Ingredients
12 oz pasta, such as rigatoni, penne, or spaghetti
3 tablespoons Spicy Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil from Twist the Olive
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup reserved pasta water, as needed
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish

1.Cook pasta according to package directions.

2.Heat the Spicy Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-low heat **(sauté chicken, Italian sausage or shrimp if desired)**

3.Add garlic and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, until the tomatoes soften.

4.Add the drained pasta and toss well to coat in the flavorful oil.

5.Stir in Parmesan and a splash of pasta water until everything comes together in a silky sauce.

6. Finish with fresh basil and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately!

** Add grilled chicken, Italian sausage, or shrimp if desired.

Tonight is the NIGHT MARKET at Dorney Plaza! We’ve decided to open a little early before the fun begins and stay open until the market wraps up! We can’t wait to see all the familiar faces and meet some new ones, too! ❤️
