Hello Loyal Customers,
I’m writing to let you know that I will be away from June 13, 2025, to July 20, 2025, as I return to my home country of Brazil. I haven’t been back since 2023, and my family and I are very excited to reunite with loved ones and childhood friends.
This trip is especially meaningful as we’ll be celebrating my parents’ 50th anniversary! We’re also looking forward to taking our daughters, Clara and Luisa, to the northern region of Brazil—Bahia—known for its incredibly friendly people and some of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
During my time there, I also plan to visit a few bakeries and explore new ideas that I might bring back to enhance my menu.
If you’d like to stock up on bread so you’re not without it during my absence, please place your order by Tuesday, June 10th. I’ll bake for two consecutive days and slice the loaves for you.
Here’s how to store and enjoy your bread:
1. Keep the slices frozen in the bags you receive.
2. When you’re ready to eat, just take a slice and pop it in the toaster.
3. If you prefer to freeze the loaf whole, sprinkle some water on it before placing it in a preheated oven.
I hope you all have a wonderful, peaceful, and meaningful summer, and that you find time to recharge after the long, cold weather. I will truly miss baking for you.

Hello everyone!!! Our new schedule is up. Starting next week ( July 15th) I will be delivering all orders on Fridays. When you place your order, plan to receive it on the Friday you placed your order, unless you placed your order less than 48 hs. Then you will have to wait until next Friday. If I have extra loaves for the following day , I will contact and let you know. I am putting up in our site tonight our FOCACCIA. Please stay tuned 😍.
