Featured Flavor Friday: Shawarma Night 🌯✨

This week’s featured flavor is Khayrat Blady High Quality Spices from Dearborn — perfect for bringing bold, savory flavor to your kitchen.

Try an easy homemade shawarma using Khayrat Blady Meat Shawarma Spices:

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs. thin-sliced chicken or beef
• 2 tablespoons Khayrat Blady Meat Shawarma Spices
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons vinegar or plain yogurt
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt to taste

Directions:
Mix the spices, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar or yogurt, garlic and salt into a marinade. Coat the meat and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for even more flavor. Cook in a skillet, on the grill or in the oven until fully cooked and tender.

Serve in pita or wraps with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions, pickles and garlic sauce or tahini.
