breakfast idea: Omelet 🍳

Looking for a simple breakfast using WIC foods? Try an omelet.

Use:
• 8 eggs
• 1 Tbsp butter or oil
• 1/2 cup cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk eggs in a bowl. Melt butter or oil in a pan. Add eggs and cook on one side. Add cheese, salt and pepper, fold in half and cook until done.

Boost: Mix in veggies, more cheese, meat or tofu, and serve with whole grain toast.
