We are so and blessed that Ahmad Alzahabi has joined our market family and became a friend to us. What an AMAZING weekend! Say cheese 810 competed in the Kalamazoo taco festival, followed by the mac & cheese festival the next day, and we won first place BOTH DAYS! We set up a kitchen, we cooked, made over 2000 samples, and kicked butt the whole time! There’s absolutely no way this was possible without the help of my Amazing husband Dan, chef Tina and chef Kyle. It was a team effort, and I am so blessed and happy to say we are bringing home two trophies back to Flint and the Market!

We will be CLOSED today, Saturday August 29th, to complete in Michigans 2026 Mac and Cheese Festival! See you Tuesday!
