Welcome our newest vendor to the Florence Farmer's Market!
Agudelo Farm and Apiary is a family-run beekeeping operation located at Nuestra Raíces in Holyoke, Massachusetts. They produce raw, lightly filtered, never heated honey, preserving all of the natural enzymes, nutrients, and rich flavor of the hive.
From the beginning, it has been their mission to increase access to healthy, local food—particularly in food desert communities, where fresh and nutritious options are often hard to find. Their work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to clean, wholesome food produced with care and intention.
In addition to producing honey, Gustavo Agudelo leads educational beekeeping demonstrations through Nuestra Raíces, teaching about the essential role bees play in pollination, biodiversity, and sustainable agriculture.
