FHS Meat Market We specialize in beef, pork, and lamb. All of our retail beef cuts are certified USDA *Choice* or higher and custom processing is welcome.

The Florence High School Meat Lab and Market is a fully functional meat processing facility and retail sales center located in the Agricultural Sciences Department at Florence High School. As a teaching and research center, our main priority is to train high school students in the science and trade of meat processing while providing a quality product to the public. We also sell select sausages and cheeses. Please contact us for current prices and let us know how we can be of service to you!
