We had the joy of hosting a Mother’s Day Tea Party to honor the incredible women who inspire us every day, at home and in our stores.
From delicious treats and heartfelt speeches to karaoke, raffles, and exciting prizes, the day was filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. 💐

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the amazing mothers and mother figures who make our community stronger. You are the heart of Mother’s Nutritional Center!

Treat mom with these DELICIOUS banana oat cookies!!🍪

What you’ll need:
• 1/2 cup butter (softened)
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 medium banana peeled
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup quick cook oats
• ½ cup flour
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½-1 cup choc chips

Steps:
1. Cream the butter and sugar
2. Add the banana and vanilla
3. Add the flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Optional: chill the dough for around 15-20 mins
6. Heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
7. Scoop your cookie dough into 12 even portions, roll into balls, place on a lined baking tray, then flatten them gently with a fork
8. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes until lightly golden brown on the edges. The cookies will be soft, cool for 5 minutes before removing from the baking tray.

Prepara esta deliciosa y refrescante agua fresca de plátano 🍌

Lo que necesitarás:
• 4 tazas de agua fría
• 12 oz de leche evaporada
• 14 oz de leche condensada azucarada
• 1 taza de leche baja en grasa
• ½ cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
• 4 plátanos maduros
• 2 tazas de hielo
• 1 cucharadita de canela molida

Instrucciones:
• Pela los plátanos y agrégalos a la licuadora en trozos grandes para facilitar el licuado.
• Añade el agua, la leche evaporada, la leche condensada, la leche regular, la canela y la vainilla a la licuadora.
• Agrega el hielo.
• Si la licuadora queda demasiado llena, puedes preparar la mezcla en dos tandas.
• Licúa durante 1 o 2 minutos a velocidad alta hasta obtener una consistencia suave y cremosa.
• Sirve con hielo.
• Decora cada vaso con un toque de canela molida por encima, si lo deseas.
