Dan’s Deer Processing - Minnesota Open start of Minnesota bow season through December 31st. Each deer is individually butchered, wrapped, and returned within 48 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions:

❓Do I get my own deer back?
💬 Yes! Each deer is individually processed so you get 100% of your own deer back.

❓Do I need to call ahead/make an appointment to drop off my deer?
💬 Please call ahead to confirm drop off during bow and muzzleloader season. During gun season, you can drop off between 9am and 6pm.

❓Can I have my antlers back?
💬 We are able to give you the entire head back, but not able to cut off just the antlers.

❓Is ground version extra?
💬 Ground is included in the basic processing. We also offer the option to add in beef or pork fat for an additional cost.

- Head back for those interested in the antlers

Additional In-House Services:
- Caping for mounting
- Ground sausage: breakfast, Italian, and bratwurst
- Beef or pork added to ground venison
- Price varies by item

- Summer Sausage
- Beer Sticks
- Cheddar Brats

- Jerky
