Most folks don’t think twice about what’s in those store-bought jerky bags… until they flip one over and see a paragraph of ingredients they can’t pronounce. That’s not food — that’s a science project.

The jerky coming out of JB’s Farmstand is the exact opposite of all that. It’s real meat, real smoke, and real flavor — no lab-made liquids, no artificial “hickory dust,” no mystery preservatives. Just honest, whole, clean food smoked the old-fashioned way on an actual smoker, right here in Missouri. You can taste the difference the second it hits your mouth.

Maybe that’s why the next two batches sold out before they even made it to the smoker. People know the good stuff when they find it.

The only batch left before Thanksgiving is Wednesday’s, and once that one fills up, there won’t be more until after Thanksgiving. If you want jerky that’s pure, simple, and made with real smoke instead of chemicals, now is the time to claim yours.

Wanted to give a shout out to Circle 6 Acres as they are who we get our beef to make our awesome jerky!!! We've used them for the past 3 years and have always had the best of service from them and the meat is pretty good as well 😉

If you’re needing a new dinner idea that is delicious and budget friendly try making these. I put them on the smoker but you can use the oven as well.

Sesame Pork Country Ribs

One large pack of pork country style ribs
Soy sauce 1/2 cup
One container of Bachan’s Japanese BBQ sauce
Ginger
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Pepper
Sesame seeds
Green onions

- season the meat generously with above spices (minus sesame seeds) and place directly on the racks of your smoker at 225 for about 2.5 hours (or uncovered in your oven)
- remove from smoker/oven and place in shallow pan, cover with soy sauce and Japanese bbq sauce
- cover pan with tinfoil and place back on smoker (or in the oven)
- cook for another 2 hours at 225 keeping them covered
- remove and let sit for 15-20 minutes then sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds
*I serve this over rice and spoon the extra sauce on top!

Simple, natural, and made the old-fashioned way, beef tallow is packed with vitamins that soothe dry or irritated skin without any chemicals. All of our beef products are grass fed, and grass finished local organic beef. We only use natural organic products for everything. 

We’ll have a small batch ready, and custom orders are available. Pick your scent, keep it unscented, or tell me exactly what you want. Comment or Message me to make your order or request something custom.
