🐖HOGS NEEDED FOR CSU CLASS 🐖

Ram Country Meats (RCM) is looking for market hogs to process for our Live Animal and Carcass Evaluation Class at Colorado State University.

In this class, students will evaluate the hogs as live animals, learning to distinguish muscling and fatness. After harvest, students will evaluate the same animals as carcasses and learn about muscling, fat, quality grade, and yield grade.

When: 3 consecutive Mondays, beginning October 5th
Delivery: Approximately 7:00 AM each Monday
Where: Ram Country Meats, CSU

Hog owners have two options:
• Your hogs would be used for class, then we would process your hogs.
• Sell your hogs to Ram Country Meats
