$4.50/lb or $45 per roll. Cash or check with photo id. No limit. No holds or calls please. Just show up Saturday morning 8 am to noon or until we run out. Exact cash appreciated but not required.

We have USDA PRIME 1/2 ribeye loins in stock!

USDA Prime Ribeye loins are $14.95/lb. 10 # average weight. Call 515-576-5331 to order. Total cost estimate would be around $150 (cash or check with photo id, no cards)

7/8”-1" is a "standard" thickness of a ribeye steak, but you can decide what YOU want for thickness.

Call and let them know how you want it cut and vacuum packaged. (515-576-5331) We will add you to the list and text you when it is ready to be picked up.

They cut the loins 7/8” to 1” thick. They are vacuum packaged 2 per package. Approximately 16 steaks per loin.
