๐ง WHY DO YOU HAVE BRAIN FOG? ๐ง
As a Master Herbalist, one of the things I've learned through years of advanced herbal education and working with clients is that brain fog is often a signal, not the problem itself.
Have you ever:
๐น Walked into a room and forgotten why?
๐น Lost your train of thought mid-conversation?
๐น Struggled to focus on simple tasks?
๐น Felt mentally exhausted even after sleeping?
Many people immediately look for something to take.
But as a Master Herbalist, I ask a different question:
๐จ What is interfering with the brain's ability to function optimally?
The brain depends on hydration, oxygen delivery, nutrient absorption, blood sugar balance, quality sleep, healthy circulation, and proper communication between body systems.
When one or more of those systems begin to struggle, the brain often notices first.
๐ง Brain fog is often a message.
The question is:
"What is your body trying to tell you?"
