After some great feedback from both vendors and customers, we have revised our bylaws and payment policy. Moving forward, vendors must sign a contract upon registration and make a 50% deposit ($15). The remaining payment will be due the day of the market upon arrival. We must have a minimum of 12 vendors confirmed for the market to operate. In the event the market is canceled due to insufficient vendors, any paid deposits will be refunded. If you are registered as a vendor and do not show up, without notice, your deposit is non-refundable and you will not be eligible to return as a vendor to the market.

We look forward to see how this improves things moving forward. We are expecting a great turn out next month for our market on 3/30! As always, if you're interested in becoming a vendor with us, please shoot us a message and we will send over the appropriate paperwork!

I need my vendors input please. The last 3 markets I have had over half of my vendors that confirmed they would attend no call no show. I started this market to help out small local
Businesses get out there and make money. This last market I offered half off tuition as a raffle for my preschool families if they came to shop. We had a lot of foot traffic. Needless to say they were extremely disappointed that over 7 vendors didn't show up. The vendors that did, made a killing. However, I am loosing money by hosting these markets. I am ready to throw the towel in. Give me reasons or suggestions on how to hold vendors accountable. Please and thank you!!
