This is a one of a kind dinner, and don't think anyone has done here in Fort Worth. It's Food is reimaging Dim Sum, which translates to "touch the heart", is a bustling and steamy dining experience with humble beginnings in teahouses in 10th century Canton, China. Today, dim sum restaurants serve up dizzyingly huge menus.

However for the plant-based dieters, they are disappointingly lacking. Fret not, It’s Food is here to offer a delectably all plant-based dim sum dinner you won’t want to miss out on. This steamy dinner will feature 7-9 courses of savory and sweet dishes, complemented with hot teas (as is tradition).

The first and only all plant-based Dim Sum dinner. You should go.

Hey, that's me. I would be thrilled if you joined us June 7 for a special dinner. It's Food Luu Lac and I are teaming up for this one to have a twist on one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes. Not very many restaurants, at least in the area do this menu and I absolutely love it. So come join us.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Hao’s Grocery & Café in the Near Southside Announces New Concept Evolution Beginning July 1

Fort Worth, TX — Hao’s Grocery & Café is entering an exciting new chapter, introducing a refocused community-driven experience beginning July 1. The refreshed concept brings together elevated tea culture, expanded deli menu, refined retail, and food-centered events reflective of what guests love about the space.

At the heart of this evolution is a new partnership with CHOKE ARTÉ, which will introduce a full-service tea shop within Hao’s. Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated tea program featuring daily service alongside interactive events, educational classes, and signature “CommuniTea” gatherings designed to foster connection and shared experiences.

Complementing the tea program, Hao’s will debut an expanded full-service deli, offering its signature dumplings & bánh mì, alongside a wider range of grab-and-go prepared foods. This includes a growing selection of plant-based offerings in collaboration with It’s Food, ensuring accessible and flavorful options for all guests.

The reimagined space will place a stronger emphasis on cultivating community engagement through culinary experiences, coordinated events, and casual gatherings. Our collaboration with Meals with Meaning providing free grocery boxes Saturday mornings will continue unaffected. From pop-ups and chef-driven dinners to classes and social meetups, Hao’s will continue to serve as a hub in Fort Worth for culture, creativity, and connection.

Looking ahead, the team is also preparing for the highly anticipated opening of Duong DeVille, a new concept set to debut later this summer. Guests are encouraged to follow updates and behind-the-scenes progress on social media at .

“This next phase is about leaning into what our community loves most—great food, meaningful experiences, and shared moments,” said Hao Tran, owner of Hao’s Grocery & Café. “We’re excited to bring new energy into the space while staying rooted in our mission of connection through food.”

For updates, event announcements, and more information, follow Hao’s Grocery & Café, Duong DeVille, It’s Food, and ARTÉ / CHOKE on social media or visit in person beginning July 1.
