Good morning,

05/25/26: both warehouse are open for pick up.

However, there will be no certification clerk in McLaughlin today. You may see Kathay at the Fort Yates office.

As a reminder, Mon-Weds (05/25-05/27) are the last days for May 2026. The program will be closed May 28-29 for inventory and memorial day holiday.

The McLaughlin warehouse is open for distribution today; 05/22/26.

The Fort Yates warehouse is closed as we continue to prepare the new store.

All participants can pick up at either site.

Keep in mind that deliveries to all districts are paused. You may pick up at either location.

Hello,

FYI, we will need to push back our opening date at McLaughlin warehouse to May 13, 2026.

Food Distribution has a few minor items to complete prior to opening the doors.

We appreciate your patience. This project has been a long time coming and we are almost ready to open the doors.

The Fort Yates warehouse will be open for issuance next week.

As a reminder, the program will not be completing delivery orders after May 8, 2026. This operation piece will be paused until further notice.

FYI, 02/24-02/25 are the last days to pick up for Feb 2026. The warehouse is closed Thursday/Friday to complete monthly inventory.

For participants in Bear Soldier, Little Eagle and Bullhead, you may call in your order to schedule delivery for Thursday this week. The deadline to call in your order is Wednesday, Feb 25, 4pm.
