I love when vendors reach out to tell me about a new product that they are offering or about something that they tried and failed at but that forced them to find a better way of doing it. Farmers' market vendors/small business owners are a strong group of people! 🧡

The people who make up our board and volunteer committees never cease to amaze me with their ideas, encouragement and commitment. This is going to be an awesome season because of all the behind the scenes work done by them.

Market Manager Musings-
Today was our first ever Mother's Day pop-up and it was so fitting since it was my mom who instilled my love of gardening, the joy of bringing people together and the importance of kindness in me as a child.
Today, I reconnected with my vendors (and met some new potential ones), shared my love of reading with a book swap and created a fun activities area for the kiddos.
I know that I made her proud today. ❤️
