Good morning all. We want to take a moment to look into next seasons specialty options . Starting for the 2026-2027 season we will only offer the following specialty items with No deviations. We will offer summer sausage cheese and peppers with no minimum . For cheese only and original there will be a minimum set at a later date. For our link sausage we will only offer the original flavor . Our jerky will only be available in a standard flavor as well . We will offer our bologna again with no minimum. There will be no change to our burritos. As far as standard processing there will be a few changes to our cuts . There is a charge per on for sliced non cooked jerky, stew meat and deer tips. Prices for those will be set at a later date as well . We will not take any frozen quartered deer at any time . If you must quarter a deer do NOT soak it in ice water as we won’t be able to take it . We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at any time . Any deer brought from another state must be completely deboned and any deer brought from another state to our shop for taxidermy must be caped and the skull plate capped . We will not take any deer from out of state with bone in or head complete . Any deer harvested in Alabama that will cross state lines will be prepared accordingly as well .

Good last morning all ! We have had a great year this year and we can’t thank you all enough for all of the memories made . We want to pass along to everyone that we will not take any frozen quartered deer into the shop . Tomorrow will be the last day we will take deer . We have been working around the clock to get all deer cut by the end of this week . As of now Friday will be our last day of cutting . We ask that everyone make plans to pick up over the weekend. If you need a longer time frame to pick up , please let us know . Any deer not picked up by the end of the day on 2-22-2026 will become property of R6 processing . Again thank you all for an amazing season and we look forward to seeing you all next season.

It has come to our attention that false information is out there that we are full . We are “NOT” full . We are running 7 days a week and running about 7 to 10 days out . This has been a great first full season for us and we have enjoyed every step along the way with our customers. We look forward to continuing to serve all of you .

We would also like to take a moment and say a huge thank you to Southeastern Butcher Supplies for being our go to for everything we need . They make sure we get whatever we need fast . We are thankful that you guys go above and beyond for your clients.

What an explosive couple of days ! We want to take a moment and say thank you to all of our customers. We have taken 70 in just 2 days ! We have an amazing crew and they have definitely earned it the past 2 days . We would like to wish everyone a safe and happy New Year!

We would like to remind everyone that we will be closed tomorrow in observance of Thanksgiving. We will resume business as normal on Friday at 0800. Thank you to everyone who has trusted us with their deer so far this season . We look forward to seeing many more this year .

We would like to pass along that we have teamed up with the Alabama Wildlife and Fresh Water Fisheries division and will be a public drop off site for CWD testing . We will provide all information upon arrival for any customer that wishes to participate in the sampling.

We are located on Highway 11 South approximately 5 miles south of the 4 way in Fosters. Our drive is the first driveway south of the Dollar General Market on Highway 11 . If you are traveling North on Highway 11 coming from Greene county or Ralph we are approximately 1 mile North of Ralph loop road north end .

Our updated price list for the 2025-2026 season is as follows .

Whole deer - $ 90.00 this includes us skinning , gutting and making burger, cube steak, roasts , steaks, etc . Backstraps and inner loins as well .

Already Gutted- $ 85.00
Skinned and Gutted $ 80.00
Both of above covers basic processing as well .

Summer Sausage W/ C&P - $ 15. Per 3 lb stick.
Original- $ 12.00 per 3 lb stick.

Smoked Sausage
Original- $ 4.00 lb
C&P $ 6.00 lb

Burritos-$ 5.00 per pack of 2

Sliced meat for jerky NOT cooked - $ 5.00 lb

Deer tips - $ 6.00lb

Once the butchers have the order , we will NOT be able to make changes . If you have any special cut requests feel free to ask and we will make it happen .

Good morning everyone, we would like to wish all of our bow hunters a safe and happy opening day . Just a reminder that we are open from 9am-9pm 7 days a week . We will be closed on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We will NOT be taking any quartered out deer this year . We also ask that you pick up your deer within 7 days of being notified or it becomes property of 6R unless arrangements have been made .

As the 24-25 season starts to come to a close we would like to take in suggestions on anything our customers would like to see added to our specialty list. The 25-26 season will be filled with several new items including multiple flavors . We will also be adding ring bologna to the list. So if you have any suggestions please feel free to share them .
