Back in 2022 when we opened Good Living Greens, it was our "Love Letter" to our town. We just wanted to get people access to clean preferably local food and support other food entrepreneurs with a similar purpose.

Today we opened at our new larger location on the corner of Avenue and Verde River. And today we're the ones who got the love letter from you. I can't tell you how much joy it brought the whole team to see you show up with your big smiles and huge support.

Pinch Me!

Well. You've witnessed first-hand what it's taken to get to this day. You've hung in there with us and sent us prayers, support and material assistance in our time of need. We are overwhelmed with gratitude and joy to announce that today is our soft-opening. We're working out kinks and getting back up on our feet. We will reschedule a proper grand opening and vendor showcase soon.

The team is juicing and cooking our little hearts out and working hard to build up our juices and grab and go selection. Today we will have Hummus, Broccoli Apple Salad, Good Morning Sunshine, Watermelon Cooler, Morning Zing, Celery Juice and will keep adding more as the day rolls on.

Inventory will build over the next few weeks. But we have some big essentials in the store that you'll want to know about.

Hours

We originally communicated that our new store hours would be 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday, Closed Sunday.

In light of the financial impact of all of these delays we've had to adjust our hiring plan and will not be able to cover those hours. So we have to make a small adjustment through the summer as we build back up.

Our store hours will be 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday, Closed Sunday.

We intend to expand those hours and even add Sunday when we can and will keep you posted.

Still Waiting.

We have missed both our soft opening and grand opening dates due to early construction issues that were unearthed and must be remediated before building, fire, sanitary and health permits can be issued. We have been plagued by these issues that have followed this job for the last year, causing rework, additional expense and delay. The impact to our business and us personally is more than I can state and we are holding on for dear life.

We know there is building impatience. Believe me, we share the frustration. The delays have cost us dearly and beyond drained any semblance of a budget we had for this project. To be transparent it is going to take us some time to build up inventory and put finishing touches in the store like chairs and tables. They will come in time. We continue to hold on and have faith.

The Town, Sanitary District, Fire Department and Health Department have been absolutely amazing in their support and commitment to getting us across the finish line. We have felt their genuine investment, care and support and will be forever grateful for them showing up for us through this journey.

We will communicate our opening date once we have permits in hand. Meanwhile, prayers and positive vibes are much needed and appreciated.

Grand Opening has been delayed yet again by construction issues blocking permitting. We will communicate when we have all permits in hand and can be confident in a date. We're terribly sorry and crushed.
