I love days like today. I was able to tinker in the kitchen. Fresh batch of whipped tallow, tallow soap for the year and trying out frankincense infused oil!

I don’t sell the tallow or soap at the stand; they’re very basic recipes with very mild scents, so they do tend to have a tallow-ish smell. But I’m pretty serious about what goes on our skin (largest organ of the body 😏) so I wanted something that had minimal ingredients.

I’m happy to share, but I know they aren’t as desirable as the pretty smelling ones others make, so I just don’t put them down there. But feel free to send me a message if you’re looking for cleaner ingredient options!

We’re open for the day! Lots of cucumbers left!

I had some people reach out about some of the products we have. So I figured I would try and high light a few every so often!

The first one is our face oil!

This is my favorite and something I use twice a day. We infuse our oils, organic jojoba and organic castor oil, for a couple of weeks with organic lavender buds, not essential oils. This produces a product that is much gentler and more suitable for sensitive skin! It also gives a calming scent that isn’t over powering. This oil lasts forever too, a little goes a long ways!

We’re back! We unintentionally took the summer off from the stand but we made so many memories as a family! We’ve missed you all and can’t wait to get back.

Tomorrow’s our first day of school (any other homeschool families?) and we’ll be opening the stand back up!

I’ll be putting out cucumbers for free. A lot of them our bigger than ideal and some are bitter, so take extra just incase you get a gross one!

Pumpkins are starting to ripen as well and will be coming soon 🎃

2026 garlic season is done 🙌🏻

Garlic is my favorite thing to grow! There’s so many benefits and it is fairly easy to grow.

I’m hoping to double the area next year, so we’re able to sell it at the stand and possibly the farmers market. If you’re needing any this season, feel free to reach out, it will just be a limited amount.
