With the amount of phone calls, messages and even people just stopping in…we figured we’d just let everyone know.

Our beef is local. We buy from the stockyard and local farmers, the beef are then inspected by the USDA. They hang for a couple weeks in our holding cooler, then we cut them for everyone to enjoy. You can buy it directly from us in our retail store, or even buy a quarter, side or whole beef.

We are still collecting applications and going over them, but decided to open up a few positions instead of just one.

If you are interested, or may know of someone looking, send them our way. We’re looking for part time/full time positions in processing. Job details would include; learning/running our wrapping machine, and packaging wrapped material. We’re also looking for anyone interested in the actual processing of the animal; breaking down the carcass to prepare for cutting, and trimming product.

If you’ve already applied, Phil just got back from a hunt so he will be going over the applications shortly. Both jobs are from 7:00am-5:00pm. Like any job, not all days are until 5:00, but the store is open until then.
