A new study highlights that fat around the waist—known as visceral fat—is a stronger predictor of heart disease than simply being overweight.

How to reduce visceral fat:

• Aronia berry extract reduced visceral fat by nearly 25% in animal studies
• Also helped lower blood sugar and reduce weight gain by about 10%
