We all have a story to tell! A health journey looks different for everyone. It is all encompassing - food, movement, mindset, inner dialogue & self-compassion, stage of life, past experiences, busy schedules, the list goes on! Weight Watchers understands there are many facets when it comes to health and weight loss. Since the 1960's, WW has evolved and changed along with new science and understanding of people's needs. What hasn't changed is the supportive community of people "who get it". Along with this, there are exciting additions to the program in the works!

What to expect from Weight Watcher's as the program expands:

We’re expanding into women’s health.
Later this year, we’ll launch our first integrated women’s health initiative to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause—life stages often underserved by traditional care.

Thoughtful app updates are on the way.
Based on your feedback, we’re enhancing the WeightWatchers app to improve how you track, explore food and recipes, and connect with our expert clinicians and dietitians.

Starting this month, join us for beginner-friendly strength training workshops and workouts designed for everyone—especially those on a weight loss journey, members using GLP-1s, or navigating menopause.
