Imagine if all (or most) of the food we consumed was grown within a few miles of where we live. Imagine if our farm land was actually used to grow healthy food for people instead of corn and soybeans for massive cattle and hog factories and overly processed manufactured goods. We think it’s time for change. We’re seeking our community to make this happen. Who wants to join us?Center for Sustainable Stewardship

It’s podcast week at Gateway, which means a lot of hungry music industry mouths to feed. 🎙️🍖

Brisket, pulled pork, and BBQ chicken from Elizabeth Lipa saved the day. We fed two groups off those pans, then turned the leftover brisket and pork into a pot of chili that earned rave reviews from the Behind the Shedd podcast recording crew, talent, and guests.

Thank you, Elizabeth at Elizabeth Lipa, for making me look like a hero! 🙌
