✨️Crystallized Honey✨️
Crystalized honey is a natural, safe state where honey turns from liquid to a solid or thick, granular texture.
🍯Why it happens:
Honey is a mixture of glucose and fructose. Overtime, or in cooler temperatures, glucose seperates from the water and creates crystals.
🍯How to fix it:
Place the jar in a warm water bath (not boiling) to gently re-liquefy the honey.
🍯Enjoy honey in any stage:
Crystalized honey is sometimes referred to as creamed honey. It makes for an excellent spread on toast or pancakes because it is less messy than luiquid honey.
