The ingredients are colorful and full of nutritional value.

If you want to feel good you have to fuel your body with high quality ingredients.

Groovy Smoothies will be back at the Macon County Farmers Market starting Memorial weekend! Come get a smoothies- , green, berry, chocolate- all healthy sand delicious- and take some muffins to go!

This year I’ll be offering this yummy rainbow chilli, soups and breakfast items.
