Groovy Smoothies will be back at the Macon County Farmers Market starting Memorial weekend! Come get a smoothies- , green, berry, chocolate- all healthy sand delicious- and take some muffins to go!

This year I’ll be offering this yummy rainbow chilli, soups and breakfast items.

Hey all. I’ve got lots of delicious treats for you ready to go in the morning. Double chocolate muffins made with walnuts and cacao powder, almond butter, and honey. Sweet potato is the base of all of my muffins, which makes them so moist and delicious. The other flavor is coconut cranberry walnut. All of my baked goods are handcrafted.

Also, try my coconut cranberry walnut almond flour cookies. I’ve been perfecting this recipe since May when I started at the farmers market. And every week they’re a little bit better. Chewy and delicious.

Come see me tomorrow from 9 to 2 PM.I’d love to make you a fresh fruit smoothie from scratch. And don’t be afraid to ask for adjustments in any of the flavors.

Come see us at the Franklin NC fireworks event at the park across from ingles in Georgia road. Here are all the details:

Friday, July 4, 2025.
Location: Macon County Rec Park

Start time: Fireworks begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. or when dark enough.

Pre-Fireworks Activities:

Activities in the park will begin at 4:00 p.m. and will include special activities and food vendors. Planned activities include inflatables, crafts, face painting, fairy hair, axe throwing, tie-dyeing, live music, and a co****le tournament.

Other details:

The fireworks will be produced by Munerlyn Pyrotechnics and launched from the Macon County Fairgrounds, with good viewing locations available outside the Rec Park. This event is a joint effort between Macon County, the Town of Franklin, and the Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce. There will also be an Independence Day Parade & Celebration in downtown Franklin from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
