PRE-ORDERS DUE BY WEDS 06/03/26 at 5PM.

To place an order, please send us a PM. Don't forget quantity if you'd like more than one of something. We will confirm receipt of your order & send you our venmo. Pre-payment required. This will also confirm receipt of your order. Your order will be bagged & ready for pick up at the Springville Farmers Market this Saturday, June 6, from 8am-1pm.

All baked goods are made with gluten free/wheat free ingredients in a dedicated kitchen. Breads are also refined sugar free & made with local maple. Many products are also (df - dairy free, ef - egg free, sf - soy free) - just note the item description).

Ordering is easy! Just send us a FB message Highland Acres Farm - Franklinville, NY. We'll let you know what your total is, as well as our venmo (prepayment required). This will also confirm that we've received your order :)
You can pick your order up from our tent on Saturday, May 30th.

The farmer's market is located at:
Heritage Park (behind the fire department/police station)
65 Franklin Street, Springville, NY
The market runs from 8am-1pm, every Saturday.

Come check out the market & support local growers, bakers & artisans! We're growing every week & there is something for everyone. Locally grown veggies will be arriving as soon as our weather cooperates!

Yesterday's cinnamon rolls are also marked down. Pop them in the microwave for 15-20 secs with a damp paper towel and they will taste just like they did on day 1.

Also some cookies, cookie cups, blueberry crisp and sourdough bread. All Gluten free.
There's a bunch of asparagus and some rhubarb out there, too. It's limited as the frost has frozen it off 3x now but if our weather ever straightens out, there will be more soon.

Plenty of bacon/Canadian bacon, breakfast sausage, maple links, ground beef & patties in the cooler.

Oh yes, I did.... I snagged a loaf of lemon blueberry sourdough for myself....

Gluten Free Lemon Blueberry sourdough French toast made with farm fresh eggs and no refined sugar. Side of canadian bacon. The blueberries were grown and frozen here, last year, too. This time the local wny maple syrup is from Hohman Maple in Langford, NY. Delicious!

Don't know what to do with that couple day old loaf of sourdough bread? Highly recommend French toast.

When your bones are frozen on the inside from a frigid farmers market day, you really appreciate the fruits of your labor and a 10 minute meal.

Homemade gf tomato basil bisque with tomato sauce and basil from last years garden. Paired with sharp cheddar sourdough grilled cheese on a loaf of homemade gluten free sourdough bread. Sooo good. So easy.

This is why I do what I do... the cheese, butter and heavy cream didnt come from here...yet...

Are you a grilled cheese in soup dunker? I am!
