There is quite a bit of confusion about some of the rules about this weekends CWD testing stations and also about the Share the Harvest program… HERE IS THE DETAILS:

We are a VOLUNTARY SAMPLING STATION, which means we can NOT TEST YOUR DEER OPENING WEEKEND! It must go to an MCD test station, which will be located at Barefoot Village Fireworks in Cherokee Pass.

Share The Harvest details:
WE ARE THE ONLY PROCESSOR IN COUNTY AND WE ARE STILL PARTICIPATING IN THIS!

Whole deer donations are the ONLY way to donate and not have to pay for the donation!

What you need:
• Confirmation number, Telecheck ID number, location of harvest, and signature.
• You will only have to pay for anything “extra” (ie: field dressing, skin for mount)

‼️NO SKINNED DEER WILL BE ACCEPTED
• HEAD ON!!!!
‼️We will charge you extra if you cut if off prior to skinning
• Confirmation number
• $100 deposit

💵 Fees for the 2025 season are:
• $125 processed the way you want it no extra fees for steaks and/or roast
• $20 additional fee if you want Vac Pac
• $25 Field dress fee (this is if you want us to do it)
• $75 for skinning for mount

We do make sausage at additional fees with a 10lb minimum PER flavor.
