It was a very good year for the bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. We will have plenty tomorrow plus a lot more. Now is the time to prep basil and eggplant. I’ll have plenty of basil and zucchini and squash blossoms this weekend at the Mount Vernon Farmers Market. It’s a great time to get quantities of basil for winter!
