I am looking for a restaurant building to lease or buy to open a deli and small grocery store/ general store! If you know anyone who has an empty building please send this to them and have them send me a message.

My husband and I are looking for a restaurant building to lease or possibly purchase. Please send me a message if you have a building 😊 it will be a farm store/ grocery store/ general store with a deli focusing on local organic or natural produce, meat and dairy. Pictures below are the general aesthetic we will be going for.

Deli will be all from scratch sandwiches on house made sourdough breads, pickles, pickled peppers, pastrami, whole roasted meats like turkey and prime rib. Also wanting to serve craft natural sodas, potato salad, pasta salad and wraps.

We do not necessarily need a hood system so the building doesn’t necessarily need to be set up as a restaurant. It does need to have gas and water line hook ups for at least 1 oven and a 3 compartment sink though.

Don’t forget this weekend and next weekend are the last weekends I’ll be open for the year! And I’m for sure taking January off, possibly February too with the exception of Valentine’s Day.

So come get your fill of all your favorites 💕

Sourdough freezes great if you want to stock up just wrap it real well in plastic wrap. Then thaw to room temp on the counter or in the fridge. Crisp it up in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes and it’s good as fresh baked!

Only 4 more days that I’ll be open this year, so stock up and freeze some loaves! Open days: 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st. I’m taking January off, maybe February too except for Valentine’s 💕
