You asked. We listened.

This deer season, Harbach’s will once again be accepting WHOLE CARCASS DEER for processing during both archery and gun seasons.

We’ll accept deer until we reach capacity, so once the season gets rolling, don’t wait too long to get yours in!

And yes — we still have the full Harbach’s smokehouse running. 🔥
