🌟 VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: DTR Catering & Meals To Go🌟

What started as a passion for cooking and giving back has grown into something so much more. ❤️

DTR Catering began as DTR Cooking Crew, where we competed in charity cook-offs to help raise money for others. During that time, life shifted in a big way when Fabian’s mom, Frances, was diagnosed with dementia. As caregivers for both Frances and Mike, we quickly learned how important simple, ready-to-go meals could be during overwhelming seasons.

That’s where the idea for our frozen meals to go was born. 🙌

What started as cooking to help our own family turned into a way to help others—busy families, caregivers, and anyone who just needs a good, home-cooked meal without the stress.

Today, you can find us serving up your favorites like:
🔥 Jambalaya
🔥 Smoked Meatloaf
🔥 Italian Gravy with Meatballs
🔥 Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
…and so much more!

We also bring a variety of heat-and-eat frozen meals to make dinnertime easy and delicious.

Even with everything that’s grown, we still stay true to our roots and squeeze in a charity cook-off whenever we can. ❤️

Eastridge Family Farms is pleased to confirm its attendance at the Riverside Farmer's Market on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Our market offerings will include a variety of products such as fresh Amite River catfish, homemade salsa, assorted pickled vegetables and eggs, Lil Cajun Girl Pepper Jelly, and Sunshine Sting and Zing & Zest Red Infused Vinegars. Furthermore, we are excited to introduce two new infused vinegars: Lil Cajun Girl's Berry Honey Blush and Lil Cajun Girl's Blueberry Honey Bliss, as well as Lil Cajun Girl's Bayou Berry Balsamic Dressing, our inaugural salad dressing. We cordially invite you to try our products, all of which are handmade and contain no additives or preservatives, making them a healthy choice for your family.
