First of the season! Roman Flat Beans. Cut the stems off the ends of these tender beans cut them in olive oil, salt and pepper grill them until lightly charred. Transfer to stovetop in a pan with fresh, diced cherry tomatoes, or crushed canned tomatoes cook five minutes with garlic. Take off the heat, let cool, garnish w ripped fresh basil and crush pine nuts and olive oil if you’re so desire. Delicious fresh health!
